Re: Last movie you watched
Hotel Rwanda was an excellent movie in my opinion. If you liked it (and if you like reading) you should look into reading We wish to inform you that tomorrow we will be killed with our families by Philip Gourevitch. I had to read it twice in college for different poli sci courses, but it was actually a good read. It includes the story of the hotel manager from the movie, but also has stories of other people who were impacted by the genocide.
I watched Munich recently. I thought it was really good. The person i saw it with didn't think it was as good as everyone has been saying, but what does he know.
Re: Last movie you watched
i thought it was very controlled he ate 3 meals a day, and if he they asked him to super size it he did.
Re: Last movie you watched
he also ate until he puked sometimes as well as eating ice cream etc after his meal I think any person in their right mind would realize it's not okay to eat fast food 3 meals a day with dessert, no exercise, and eating until you feel like you're on the verge of puking. when you're full put down the fork and I'm not saying people don't do this but still it's common sense.
Re: Last movie you watched
Lets just say I have some "crazy fast food" eating experiences like the guy from super size me, in fact I was a manager at the Mickey's in Norton from the time I was 18-21. So basicly all I did the whole time was LIVE off mcdonalds food(saved a fourturne too). I went roughly 195-200 pounds the whole time I worked there, as soon as I stopped working there my diet changed and I lost 10 pounds pretty much right off the bat. Since then Ive lost another 10-15 pounds and consistently kept it off.
Its no secret how to lose weight people, burn more calories than you take in. This guy was probably eating 3500-4500 calories a day by doing that type of eating. Say his body can only manage to burn 2500 calories a day. Then hes gonna be gaining roughly 3-5 pounds a week. That will kill you.
Never eat more than 300 to 500 calories in one sitting, if you do it just goes to your belly because your body cant possibly use that many calories at one time for fuel. Eat more frequently(say 4 or 5 times a day), but less calories at a time. Keeps your metoblism working around the clock, and keeps those accumulated calories off your waistline.
Sorry to go wayyyyyyyyyy off topic like that...
Re: Last movie you watched
Watched "lord of war". I personally loved. As an semi-action movie about guns i would rate it a 10 out of 10. Cage did a great job of acting in this movie, and portrayed the character very well. The script was very well written as well. Great movie.
Re: Last movie you watched
Yeah lord of war is awesome...
I just watched "planes, trains, and automobiles" for the first time in years, it's still great....
Re: Last movie you watched
I watched Transporter 2 and The Man this past weekend. They both were good, The Man was definitly funny and different than any movie I've seen before. It was a good choice of actors for that movie.
Re: Last movie you watched
"Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" - funny stuff. Steve Martin and John Candy are awesome together. It has a really good heartfelt moral thrown into the plot. 7.5/10
Re: Last movie you watched
watched Flightplan last night before work...pretty good movie, but I knew she would find her kid, I just didn't know where!
Still have to watch Lord of War, Red Eye, and 40 Year Old Virgin
Re: Last movie you watched
Oh dude, you should put SPOILER in your post to warn us who haven't seen it.
